Refund Policy

We aim to provide transparent and fair refund policies for our users.

Eligibility for Refund:

• If you are charged multiple times for the same service due to technical issues, we will refund the duplicate amount.
• No refunds will be provided once the subscription plan has started, as case tracking services are initiated immediately.

How to Request a Refund:

Send an email to support@courtcasestatus.com with your transaction ID and payment details within 7 days of the payment date.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
